With a strong background in nursing, mental health, and business as a doctoral prepared nurse practitioner specializing in primary care and mental health; she brings a holistic and strategic approach to youth mentorship and community development. Dr. Shadae is deeply committed to empowering young people through education, personal development, and access to supportive resources. 

Her leadership emphasizes building resilience, confidence, and self-leadership in underserved youth. Through Angel’s Helping Hands, she actively supports initiatives focused on mentorship, scholarships, and life-skills development.
