Dr. Angel White started Angel’s Helping Hands after serving as a mentor for over 10 years for females of all different ages. She genuinely loves extending a helping hand by giving back and helping make a difference in the lives of others. She focuses on providing high-quality coordinated activities and learning experiences that will help young girls achieve social, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. She prides herself on helping young girls gain the ability to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses and have the self-confidence to pursue and achieve their goals while building healthy relationships and reducing negative and high-risk behaviors such as teen pregnancy, STD/STIs, dropping out of school, doing drugs, smoking, joining gangs, violence, moods (depression/anxiety), and more.
